The Artist's Journey
Roger Weinreich began his artistic career at young age.
He first apprenticed to his mother, a talented stone sculptor, when he was ten-years-old. Roger delighted in putting goggles on after school and chipping away at his mother Bobbe's marble sculptures. She guided him as an artist and provided instruction in the use and care of tools.
Roger carves exclusively in wood and still uses his mother's chisels. He creates bronze castings of his sculptures and resides in Maine & New Hampshire.
